How our delivery service works
We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.
Our sea moss gel is soaked for 24 hours and produced daily for freshness we aim to ship within 72 hours.
We only ship on a next day full tracked service via Royal Mail for £5.00.
All orders placed will be shipped between Monday - Saturday.
Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order.
Once orders are confirmed, we cannot change the shipping address.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 4 days please contact us.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order.
We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of any issues via info@shanellesseamoss.com so we can ensure these are investigated and rectified.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you once we have investigated the matter and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
