How our delivery service works

We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.

Our sea moss gel is soaked for 24 hours and produced daily for freshness we aim to ship within 48 hours, for all orders placed before 12pm.

We only ship on a next day full tracked service via Royal Mail for £4.50. 

All orders placed between Friday - Monday before 12pm will be shipped between Monday - Thursday.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. 

Once orders are confirmed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order.

We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.
