I've been using Shanelles Seamoss for over about a couple months now and must say I am really like them. I've tried the Golden Seaslmoss, Purple Seamoss and the Turmeric and Ginger flavour. They go well as a stand alone or added to porridge, smoother and got drinks.
I've also notice the positive impact it has on my health. I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and noticed a good level with my glucose on the days where I have seamoss compared to the days I don't.
